Message	There is an company that has an online test and study material. It was inexpensive to take and I got my EPA cert in less than 30 minutes. Now I buy cans on ebay when needed, no retrofit required. The cans are more expensive than R134, but it's non toxic and I prefer it over the performance of a retrofit.
